I have booked my ticket, but I can't visit on the specific date, what should I do?

 Sold out tickets that are not used, are available to refund before 24:00 of the booking date. The refund process can be make online. For tickets as "One Adults+One Child" and "Two Adults+One Child", we do not support split refund.

  Operation instruction: Go to "My booking", click "Apply for refund". Fill in the reason of refund, click "ok". We would return payment into your account in 5 days.


 If it's failed to refund online, bringyour ID/Passport to the SMAERD land service center for refund application. We would return payment into your account in 5 days.
