[Validity]

1) Valid for 365 days from the opening date of card.

2) Enjoy 365 days entries in SMAERD land. 


[Purchase Instructions]

1) Buy through the Ticket Service Hotline, Visitor Service Center or via our Chinese Website (phone no. and cover photo is needed).

2) Activate the card by taking photos of you and your child online or through our Service Center.

3) You may enter the SMAERD land through scanning recognition of thy face. No hard card is needed.

1) After activation, no refund.


[Other Instructions]

1) In order to ensure safety, the scenic spot may adjust the opening and closing time, project or performance opening time due to abnormal weather, special activities, tourists saturation, equipment maintenance and other reasons. Please refer to the spot announcement on the same day.

2) Daily inspection, weekly inspection and annual inspection will be carried out regularly for all amusement projects. Some amusement projects may be delayed or suspended due to relevant maintenance work. For details, please refer to the on-site announcement.

3) The electronic ticket has the same rights and interests as the ticket purchased at the ticket window. The items that charge extra for the scene area are invalid.Please refer to the park announcement for the fee items;

4) Please go to the service desk for invoice.
